Profile

Ms. Hunt is a Partner of Osborne, Helman, Scott, Knisely & Stanton, LLP. She focuses her practice in the area of fiduciary litigation, primarily involving trusts, estates, family limited partnerships, powers of attorney, community property and financial account disputes. Ms. Hunt currently serves as a Board Member for the Texas Real Estate & Probate Institute (“T-REP”), and is Chair of Estate and Trust Legislative Affairs for TREP, where she participates in the development and passage of new legislation related to the Texas Trust Code, the Texas Estates Code, and related practice areas including Guardianship, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Directives and Digital Assets. Ms. Hunt is also the Chair of the Estate and Trust Legislative Affairs Committee for the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas ("REPTL"). Ms. Hunt is a former Council Member and former Chair of the Fiduciary Litigation Committee of REPTL. Ms. Hunt is a regular speaker on topics related to fiduciary litigation and related legislative changes and updates at Continuing Legal Education programs for other attorneys and professionals in her practice area.
