Profile

Ms. Vaculik is Senior Counsel with Osborne, Helman, Scott, Knisely & Stanton, LLP. Her practice includes the representation of individuals with respect to their estate planning needs. She provides testamentary and lifetime gift and generation-skipping planning in addition to the use of family business entities, life insurance, and life insurance trusts. She also provides advice concerning post-mortem tax planning and prepares federal estate tax returns. Ms. Vaculik is a past President of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Austin Bar Association.
