Ms. Hanners is an associate of Osborne, Helman, Scott, Knisely & Stanton, LLP. Her practice consists of estate and charitable planning, the administration of trusts and estates, and probate work. Ms. Hanners assists clients with creating and maintaining estate and disability planning documents, making lifetime gifts and testamentary dispositions, preparing estate and gift tax returns, and complying with fiduciary duties. She also handles state probate proceedings for fiduciaries of estates and guardianships.
